This mix is from the last innerdance session held in Cebu this September 2017. After two weeks of facilitating group work, one on one sessions, and a lot of space holding, we gathered for one final experience in Wellnessland Health Institute. This is the live recording of our last Cebu innerdance. It holds much of what was deconstructing, shifting, being released, and falling into love as an almost overwhelming sense of gratitude pervaded the space.

These sessions layer together 3 to 4 tracks at a time, using beat synch, pitch match, and other distortions to merge songs into one soundscape experience.
